Refund policy

At Hidden Hours, every piece is made with intention and backed by quality. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, and include proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To start a return, contact us at hiddenhours20@gmail.com with your order number — items sent back without approval will not be accepted. We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or worn products beyond initial try-on. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out immediately and we’ll make it right. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
